Day 10: Depart to Airport
Day 01: Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport Kathamndu, welcome by our representative & transfer to hotel, check in at hotel, rest of the time free. Overnight at hotel Manang or Marshyangdi on BB plan.
Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, our representative will greet you and accompany you to your respective hotel.
Day 02: Breakfast at hotel, Bicycle trail in Kathmandu & nearby area (09:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs), Overnight at hotel Manang or Marshyangdi on BB plan.
We will take a leisurely trip around the city to warm up and do some sightseeing on wheels. Whizzing through the busy streets of the capital city we will encounter fast pace of modern city life and its glittering glamour.
Day 03: Breakfast at hotel, bicycle tour start: Bicycle tour from Kathmandu to Shivapuri (approx 47km), lunch on the way, Dinner & overnight at Shivapuri village resort on BB plan.
Leaving the hustle and bustle of city life we head towards Shivapuri. This is where our tour begins as we gradually leave the city behind and pedal towards Tolkha Temple and follow the rustic trails to Tinpiple. We gradually climb 21 km and reach Kakani, a hill station famous for its stunning view of the valley below. Inside Shivapuri National park, the single track is tough but worth the sweat. After 9 km of challenging ride through the Himalayan subtropical broadleaf forest we will have a short climb followed by downhill track and reach out stop for the night.
Day 04: Breakfast at hotel, bicycle tour from Shivapuri to Chisapani (approx 67km), lunch on the way , Dinner & overnight at local lodge in Chisapani on BB plan.
This ride to Chisapani is heavenly. After great curves and decents we reach Nagi Ghomps, a secluded Bhddhist monastery. We go along rocky single track trails and reach Mulkharka where we will stop for lunch. We again enter into the jungle after several uphill pedals and along the track are some dazzling streams and series of small lakes. We reach Chisapani after 3 km of uphill cycling. Chisapani is dotted with collection of tiny teahouses and has the air of rustic rural life. Here we rest for the night and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Himalayas, from Gauri Shanka in the east all the way to Annapurna in the west.
Day 05: Breakfast at hotel, bicycle tour from Chisapani to Nagarkot (approx 37km), lunch on the way , Dinner & overnight at View point resort or hotel Space Mountain in Nagarkot on BB plan.
We start our ride by retracing our tyre tracks for about 6 km. We follow the steep single tracks down to Jhule where we will stop for some refreshments. This particular part is quite technical and depending on the season we might have to carry our bicycle. The rest of the track up to Nagarkot involves some steady uphill climb. We will rest for the night at Nagarkot.
Day 06: Breakfast at hotel, bicycle tour from Nagarkot to Namobudha (approx 49km), lunch on the way , Dinner & overnight at Namobudha resort on BB plan.
Our ride begins along the stretches away from Nagarkot and we ride past Rhonni Bhanjyang, through Tinghari and Kassie Bhanjyang. We reach Dhulikhel and again start climbing from Kavre Bhanjyang into the hills. After almost two hours of ride we reach Namobuddha Monastery, one of the most significant Buddhist pilgrimage in the valley. This Tibetan style monastery is situated on top of a hill and the view of surrounding Himalayas is stunning.
Day 07: Breakfast at hotel, bicycle tour from Namobudha to Lakuri Bhyanjang (approx 38km), lunch on the way, Dinner & overnight at local lodge in Lakuri Bhyanjang on BB plan.
We start our day early and take a moment to find inner peace with harmonious chants of the monks, tranquil environment and a sense of timelessness. After breakfast we commence our journey and reach Panauti and cycle along green terraced fields carved on the hills. The last 3 km ride up to Lakuri Bhanjyang is a little steep and here at Lakuri Bhanjyang we rest for the night.
Day 08: Breakfast at hotel, bicycle tour from Lakuri Bhyanjang to Ashapuri & back to Kathmandu (approx 41km), lunch on the way, arrive at Katmandu & transfer to hotel Manang or Marshyangdi. Overnight at hotel Manang or Marshyangdi on BB plan.
The last day of our tour is filled with spectacular views, exciting single tracks and jungle tracks. Our first stop is Asahpuri, a small but religiously significant Hindu temple. We climb through lush farms and go downhill to join the highway. We have a short climb and reach the giant statue of Lord Shiva and have our lunch here. After our lunch we ride along the ancient paved streets of Bhaktapur and back to Kathmandu.
Day 09: Breakfast at hotel, full day free or personal activities.
Evening: farewell dinner at local restaurant with live cultural show.
Overnight at hotel Manang or Marshyangdi on BB plan.
After reaching Kathmandu, we go to our hotel to freshen up and enjoy rest of the evening strolling around the nearby area or do some last minute shopping. We will have a farewell dinner with live cultural show to windup an amazing journey.
Day 10: Breakfast at hotel, free time till departure, transfer to airport for connect onwards flight
The unforgettable tour to Nepal ends today. Our representative will take us to the Airport to fly to your destination. Nepal once is not enough, so you can plan or chitchat with our representative for your next tour to Nepal.

Carry some extra cash for things like alcohol, snacks, internet usage, laundry and other purchases along the way. Also tipping is expecting in Nepal for guides and porters if you are happy with the service provided. Be sure to carry hard cash as there are no ATMs along the route.
the price of the trip included porters for carry baggage so only personal items needs to be carried during for day. Porters may not arrive at the Tea House when riders do, so always carry warm cloths and other important items. One porter is allocated for two riders with a load limit of 13kg per person.
The trip package does not include payment for drinking water; riders should manage their own drinking water. Although bottled mineral water can be bought along the trail, it is highly recommended to carry some water treatment tablet. Filtered water is readily available in all hotels and tea houses. For this trip two one liter bottles or one two-three liter bladder is recommended.
The temperature in Kathmandu Valley varies according to the season, but for the most part days will be hot and sunny and evenings in the hill stations will be cool. The temperatures at night time can get down to zero From mid September to March. From June to August the weather is warm and wet as its monsoon. Day time temperatures can get up to 38 degrees Celsius in the summer months of March, April and May.

BIKE SPARE PARTS
If you are bringing your own bike to Nepal then you will also be required to bring the spare parts required to keep your bike on the trails. All our guides are good mechanics who will assist you with repairs etc. We recommend that you bring the following items for your bike own bike. Our guide will carry tool kits and basic spare parts.

• A tire that fits your bike, recommended for Nepal 2.2+
